About Us

New Jersey Roleplay originally was created in 2017 as a side project in the early days of FiveM. Formerly known as NJSPRP, the server became popular quickly, even hosting various YouTubers at many points, including JMWFilms. While scripts, players, and staff have changed, the core of what we strive for remains the same: provide the best experience possible with the best people possible. Roleplaying shouldn't be hard, so play on NJRP.

Our 2025 Roadmap

As any community of any type does, we want to continue to grow our community. The larger the community that we all build together, the longer we can keep roleplays running. Our hope is that one day very soon, we no longer have to schedule patrols as a common meeting time for everyone, and that we may have a patrol running constantly, at all hours of the day and night. This makes it incredibly important to expand evenly and consistently, so our playerbase remains varied. As our playerbase grows, we will also be able to open more slots for Staff and Management, as well as Law Enforcement Supervisors and Leadership. A larger community will allow for a better opportunity at holding positions of significance and impact.

As we continue to expand, it is our hope to create new and interesting departments to work alongside and in conjunction with our Law Enforcement and Civilian organizations in the server presently. We've elected to wait until we expand further for this in order to allow personalization from our playerbase to impact the designs of the departments. By waiting until we have the population to manage and operate a new department, we allow the future management team to create, customize and adapt their department to their ideas and wishes. This works to include the community into the development and makes changes conducive with the desires of the players.

We plan to continually acquire assets, including scripts, vehicles and MLO/Maps in order to provide new, creative and diverse play environments for the server and the community. We believe that by harboring a unique collection of products, we can foster an environment that is much different from any other currently available.
